One day, I realized that the problem wasn’t my body nor my willpower.
The problem was the way I talked to myself, the way I judged myself… and the way I tried to change myself through violence.
So, I changed my approach and realized that real change doesn't come from perfection or restriction,

and a more peaceful relationship with food and yourself
And I lost 40 kilos.
But most importantly, I found the freedom, joy, and pride of being myself.
