COACHING AGREEMENT

The Coach:
Jess Naulin – Nutrition Coach
Company based in France
(hereinafter referred to as « the Coach »)

And:

The Client:
Name provided during purchase
(hereinafter referred to as 'The Client')

By purchasing a program, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

The Coach offers nutrition and lifestyle coaching services for educational and motivational purposes.
Coaching is not a medical, paramedical, or psychotherapeutic service.

The Coach is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any illnesses.

2. Program Description

The Client benefits from the services described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
These may include: video sessions, personalized support, meal plans, follow-ups, and discussions, depending on the chosen package.

3. Payment

Payment is due before the start of services, or monthly for subscription packages.
Payments are secured online.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Due to the personalized nature of the services, no refunds are issued after the program begins.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled before the next due date to stop future charges.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client understands that their results depend on their personal commitment.
The Coach doesn't guarantee any specific results.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during the coaching process is confidential and used solely for coaching purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees to consult a health professional before any dietary or lifestyle changes.
The Coach cannot be held responsible for any potential damages related to participation in the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the exclusive property of Jess Naulin – nutrition coach.
They cannot be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

9. Applicable Law

This agreement is subject to French law.
Any disputes will be handled by French courts.

By purchasing the program, The Client acknowledges having read and accepted this agreement.
